Approximately 15 years ago Corporate Construction purchased a large piece of land situated right in the middle of Cottage Country. This piece of land spanned for 100 acres and is located very close to the shores of Lake Winnipeg.

After seeing how fast Gimli Manitoba was developing and the need for land was in high demand Corporate Construction began to subdivide the land that is now known as North Gimli Estates.
